What size should I choose?Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.
How do I know if an item is in stock?Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?What payment methods does Tribe Amrapali accept?Is it safe to use my credit card online at Tribe Amrapali?At Tribe Amrapali, your personal online security is important to us. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

Why do I need to re-enter my credit card details when I add a new address?For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). Does Tribe Amrapali ship to multiple addresses?We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items required to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
Can I add items to an existing order?Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package, you will need to make a new order.
How long will it take for my order to get delivered?Orders within India are delivered within 6-7 working days.
Orders shipped via International Shipping (UPS) are delivered within 15-18 working days.
Where is my order?We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. The dispatch of an order may get delayed if the ordered product fails quality check. In such an instance, we try our best to provide a replacement and ship the order subsequently.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, we do ship internationally to over a 220 countries via our reputed courier agents.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices throughout the Website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR), US Dollars (USD), Great Britain Pound (GBP), or Euro (EURO). Payment can only be accepted in the quoted currency. Prices exclude all indirect taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST). For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Prices of the products on the website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.
For orders shipped within India, prices are exclusive of 3% GST.

Is my package insured?All items are insured from Tribe Amrapali against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival and/or the seal is broken, we recommend you to capture an unboxing video of the package received.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?Your order will be delivered to you in Tribe pouches or Tribe boxes.
Can I exchange the jewellery I buy online at an Tribe Amrapali store?As online retail venture, we don’t exchange goods sold online at our offline stores.
